7.22.13 : tutagang!!! (all is well)

GUESS WHO'S STAYING IN TOMS RIVER WITH THE 2 BEST COMPANIONS EVER!!!!!!!! (Pointing to myself) this girl!!!!!!!! yes thats right. last night was the dreaded transfer texts to see who was going and who is staying, basically the fate of our mission in the hands of a sprint phone.. another reason why no to like sprint.. haha jk  but we were informed last night that we would all be staying together!!! we tackeled each other in Joy. We know we have a lot of work to do and we are excited to get going and to get started! our work is not done! we get another transfer together (p.s. this usually doesn't happen.. you usually don't stay with your trainer after your done being trained) that brings me to my next point.. I"M A normal missionary!!! well... i'm not normal.. i'm still myself but i'm no longer a baby.. I'm in the big girl pants now! i'm so glad i get to stay with my companions. anyways we are verry excited. This week wasn't supper eventful so the letter might not be that long. plus I'm lacking on time.. plus.. I want to send pictures. so here we go.

First off just so you know.. it was really hot in Jersey.. at one point 110 with humitity.. you literally walk outside and feel like you stepped into a got tub. sticky hot humidity. It was 'haseh calor' (verry hot in broken spanish). but i'm getting a nifty tan line on my wrist from my watch. i'm becoming a true missionary hahahh.

Monday.
p-day was awesome. I don't remember if I talked about it. but we spent a lot of our day sitting on the edge of toms river writting letters to friends and family. it was very relaxing.

tuedsay.
Another incredible district meeting and awesomeness as always. we talked about the book of mormon yet again. as i'm sitting there reading it the spirit just confirmed to me again and again the truth of the words we read. It is true. it is powerful and it changes lives. we then taught the anwanders and wayne. which were good powerful lessons. they are another reason why i'm so happy we are staying in toms river. we need more time with them. then we had dinner with the Grovers.. yes the grovers. bringing me back to my roots. they were so nice and fed us so much food!!!! every meal we have here is eaither hot dogs or some sort of pasta. it's great, i'm not complaining it's always good. but it's so neat to hear peoples converstions stories. it gives me so much hope for the people we are working with. ok in sad news.. Kevin.. our rock start who we've been teaching since we came here. he disapeared. He ran away to california.. it broke our hearts. we have a chart with all our investigatros to track there progress and we had to move him to mists of darkness the other day. I understand what brian was saying about people breaking your heart. we love him a lot. I just hope and pray that missionaries will find him and he will accept it someday. I have faith he will be given another oporunity to learn again.

Wednesday.
3 month mark!! i've been out for 3 months! it may not seem like that long but it was a monumental day for me haha. and as always i got a package just when i needed it! oh man thank you so much for the darling pictures and letters! I love you all so much! on wednesday we took the higgins family (less active, and investigator and there 2 children) on a church tour. there little boy anikan (yes like star wars) just walked around like he owned the place. it was amazing to see Eric (investigators) light up as he watched his son just be completely at home and point to pictures of Jesus and smile. we sat in the chapel as i tried to play a hymn and the spirit is alway so strong in the chapel. we taught the gospel of jesus christ and it was an amazing lesson. He commiteed to cmoe to church! yes! and so did sister Higgins!. wow such an amazing family! we then ran over to angelics, we gave her hugs.. she was so stressed out. we set up a time to meet with her and told her that one of us might be transfered, she sunk as she told us she doesn't want us to leave. and she likes us the best. man we had a lot of moments like that just made me so happy and broke my heart at the same time.. not knowing what my fate was going to be.

thursday.
we rode our bikes. and did planning. it was fun. my companions are just silly hahah I love them so much. we set some killer goals for this coming week! LOOK OUT TOMS RIVER!

Friday

so I didn't tell you cause i didn't know until tuesday but i went to ELLIS ISLAND for real this time.. not only to ellis island but to LIBERTY ISLAND!! yes.. i went to the statue of liberety! we usually go to ellis island to help with geneology but becuase of sandy it is just completely abandoned. it's sad to see but we rode a ferry to liberty island. it was the weirdest feeling getting on a boat.. it was athorized but it was still crazy!!! i was on a boat.. on water. thats not allowed! but the statue of liberty was so neat! people from all over the world flock to the statue! I can't wait for the day when people flock to the church like that! the only bummer about our service is we are not allowed to prosolyeite.. so many people we wanted to talk to and we just had to be friendly and smile and hope they asked us questions. I had a lady come up to me and thank me for the service our church has done in geneology and how it has blessed her family. i was dying not be able to talk with her about the gospel... We stood outside and took peoples e-mail addresses to get a certificate for coming to the island.. it wasn't family history work at all but we were doing service non the less. it was so hot. all us sisters were hot sweety messes thats for sure. I'm so greatful for the freedoms we enjoy in this country and just to be here in America! I love the good U.s. of A. I've been reading in nephi and it just testifies over and over agian about how this is a promised land. of liberty. i'm verry greatful for it.

Saturday
was so busy. it was soo good. we saw a parrot drinking out of a bottle on a persons shoulder while they were
driving. we were just teaching and running from apointment to apointment.

Suday
Great as always! we walked into the chapel to see the higgins there!!! to see them all in church clothes and anikan (2) with all his toys like a champ! oh my goodness my heart was filled with so much joy to see them there. then AMIEE CAME! see's a recent convert and she is so coooool!! we love her. she hasn't been to church for like 5 months but she finally made it! we were so happy to see her there! oh my goodness. my heart... to much love.. can't take it!!! so cool to see them there. definatly a moment i'll never forget.
sad news. one of our investigators evelyn, she's 96 catholic lady who lets us come over and talk with her. we were informed she had a stroke.. so on sunday we went to go visit her. she was not doing well at all. there's nothing they can do for her. so we went and we sung for her and her family. he held our hands and just cried. We love her so much. I know heavnly father knows the goodness of her heart and even tho she didn't get a chance to be baptised in this life,, she will make it to the celestial kingdom. We love her a lot. we then went to sister garretsons. oh man she is a funny lady. we talked about Jesus Christ. and we took funny pictures with her just in case any of us leave. then we met 2 new investigators. this week was great but this coming week is going to be eppic. our district is getting 4 new elders and 1 new sister! i'm excited to see toms river grow and see some of the fruits of our labors.I love you all a lot! thanks for your love and prayers

THE CHURCH IS TRUE!

Love SISTER CLARK

7.15.13 : Another Great Week!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MITTERS!!! I love you!!! Wow this week was incredible.  Every week is but this one was exceptionaly great! oh man I just never want to leave Toms River. I'm loving the mission. I'm seeing a change in myself, i'm still the same person but i'm becoming a better version of myself, a more magnified in who I am and what I believe. Missions change people, who knew? haha ok but i'll just jump into the week.

Monday
Well as I've told you and sent pictures we went Crabbing. It was actually a lot more fun than I even thought. what you do is you tie chicken wings (uncooked) to a string and put it in the water and the crabs just grab on. we caught so many crabs! it was so fun. I will admit it's nothing like fishing with some willow and string. But i did think about that a lot as we sat on the dock. I was a pro dad and grandpa you'd be impressed. Who knew I would be in Jersey catching crabs. I didn't know I would be doing that and being a fisher of men as well. We had full intentions of cooking them and eating them but then there was a tragic 'Krusty Krab' (spongebob) epidemic and they all died the next morning... ya we don't know how to take care of crabs but we caught around 30 but kept only like 14 to feed our whole district. but after crabbing we went out to find some less actives. sister kimball got another rock stuck in her eye and then we decided to knock this one door of a beutiful. big beach house. we shared who we were and she was like "i appreciate that because i'm a jehova's witness"........ she let us in and we talked with her and her family. they were really nice but man it's just not the same beliefs at all.. at one point in our meeting their little 4 year old boy was pretending to be a dog and we was walking around on his hands and feet. he came up next to me while i was sitting at the table. everyone else was distracted so he came up and barked at me. i looked down and silently barked back. then he started putting his little hand on my leg like sammy does when she wants attention. so i just kinda ignored him then this little Jehovah's witness boy bit me in the bum... yes it was a weird experience one i will never forget hahahah so I never would have thought i would be bit by a little Jehova's witness.... back to spiritual stuff. we taught the higgins. the less active family who just had the baby her husband has been taking the lessons. and as we came in there was a total difference about him. when we came in he sat down and was holding his book of mormon completely ingaded. do you want to know what caused the change? THE BOOK OF MORMON! we've seen this pattern all week of our investigators who are improving because they read the book of mormon. there is a strong power in that book. it has been our montly focus as a mission and i've learned so much. I know without a doubt that it is true and it changes lives. it is our biggest and greatest tool in the work. wow it's so cool. anyways we talked to Eric higgins and asked him if he wanted to continuely learn more and he said. of course! wahooo! new investigator (we got 5 this week. we are so bussy we are going crazy!)

Tuesday
ok brace yourself for the best district meeting that every exsisted in missionary work. Words can not describe how incredible it was. We started off practicing contacting using the book of mormon then we came back in the room and there were questions on the board asking us why we came on a mission. what's keeping us here and stuff like that. as we silently wrote down our answers Elder Mageliby started testifying of our calling. and our promise we made to give it everything we have and to leave everything else behind. We talked about the title of liberty and as he spoke it was like elder holland power status. it was incredible. he even at one point tore off his shirt (he was wearing 2 no worries) and he held it up in the air and on it was written the title of liberty and he had us all pray and recommit ourselfes to be here and we all signed it and got supper pumped! it was incredible!! wow i get chills just remembering it. we then headed to do some service for a less active laddy. the whole time in my head i was singing pocahauntas "dig a dig a dig a digity dig" we were shoveling and raking rocks in his driveway for 3 hours. I was named rake lady as I evened out the rocks and leveled them. it reminded me of our yard work where we named christopher steer manure man. but it was really fun. we had the elders with us and we work verry hard. It's nothing like pickin rocks in idaho but it was pretty close to that. so we worked then they fed us one of her friends came over and was so curious about our beliefs she was so cool. we got her phone number and we are planning on going to talk to her more!

Wednesday
I woke up with a new zeal after the awesome district meeting. I woke up and made as many phone calls as I could while sister kimball was doing her language study. we taught some of our investigators and we contacted and testified of the book of mormon. we saw an albino squirl and then we did some church tours with 2 of our investigators and 2 members came to help. we took the tour and ended in the chapel where we sat in silence for a 7 minutes as i played the piano.. i'm abit rusty i haven't played since i was home. but the spirit was still there so strong!! we then taught about the gospel of jesus christ and both our investigators, Raegan and Angelic, committed to be baptised. We are still working on dates with them. they need to come to church. they will! we know they will. we then went and taught divina. the girl we met our first week here who we though had moved away but ran up to us last week and talked with us. we talked to her and her brother in law listened in and they were both eager and excited to read the book of mormon. People just keep coming up to us and talking to us asking us who we are. Our name tags have been one of our biggest miracles this week.

Thursday
FREE SLURPEE DAY we went and got free slurpees after planning.

friday
zone conference. President taught about the apostasty and basically proved that the church is true. no big deal. IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!! then after sister kimball and I were alone sister richardson was on an exchange. we led the area and i drove for my 3rd time. it's really not to bad. in toms river it's nothing compared to real jersey drving. but we went and taught the higgins again. they had been reading and praying every night together!!!! wow!!! they were happy and eric said that he's more inclide to be baptised now! sister kimball that night expressed our deep love for eachother and apriceations. emotions have been crazy as we all are worried about transfers. we don't know what's going to happen but we are enjoying the moments we have together. we love eachother so much. the mission is amazed of how well we get along. that's not usually what happens in trios.

Saturday
We taught paul. the man from taiwan who met us 2 weeks ago and was so excited he took pictures of us. we taught and he is a bible buff. he's from taiwan so my heart was filled with joy thinking of saide, meg, and josh teaching people like him.

sunday
Always great. we had a Fiesta and made burittos and put american flags in them. it was good! we loved it

Well I love you all family! I have to finish some more letter but THE CHURCH IS TRUE! Please everyone read the book of mormon every day! it will bring peace and strength! we are so blessed to have it!

Love sister Clark
clear eyes full heart, can't lose!

7.8.13: LET FREEDOM RING!

"Christ Died to make men Holy let us LIVE TO MAKE MEN FREE!!!"-battle hymn of the republic

What a fun eventful crazy busy week! I don't have much time because I've been writ ting letters individually but I'll do my best to get everything in. YOU ARE ALL AWESOME!

Tuesday
We met with Angelic, her husband is a less active member.. when I say less active I mean like very less active. But she's met with missionaries all the time because he lets us in but isn't willing to come back to church. So we decided to just focus on her. As we walked in, it was just complete craziness, kids screaming dogs barking, too crazy! Then as we started the lesson all went quiet. We didn't have much time so we talked about the importance of the Book of Mormon. She knows it's true. We invited her to be baptized and she said YES! She's set for August 4th. She is working on quiting smoking but we can work with that! Ah she's so awesome were so excited for her. Then we headed over to Eddies, he's our less active. He invited his friend Mike to our lesson. We taught the restoration and he felt the spirit and we invited him to be baptized and he said yes!! bam 2 in one night!!!!!! miracle!!!!!! It's been so cool to have Eddy in the lessons with us. His testimony is strengthening and he helps us teach Mike. It's cool to see the light in his eyes come back and Mikes eyes are starting to get that light. hey are both around 24ish.

Wednesday.
We went to the anwanders. We taught a lesson about the importance of church, and keeping the sabbath day holy. I got to share my testimony of when I decided to not play volleyball on Sundays. She can relate because she plays soccer. They are very reserved people but Sister anwander opened up to us and she felt the spirit as she spoke with us. We committed them to come to church they said yes! (less active and Kellie is an investigator) then we invited Kellie to be baptized and she said yes!!!!!! that's 3 in 2 days!!!!!! crazy stuff. We are so blessed. They are being prepared. We love the anwanders a lot and they are going through a lot, but they are trying to do whats right. We then had dinner at the cherecwiches. We've missed them. We talked to them and expressed our love for them. They really appreciated it,  and they fed us which is always fun.

Thursday 4th!
Wow forth of July. so naturally my companions and I bought cheeeie 4 dollar shirts at Walmart for the forth. So we wore them and wore little matching bows that we made for our hair, and vans and jeans. We wore them to go pull weeds for Wanda. It was a beautiful HOT day! But isn't every 4th? We then all got dressed and got ready to go watch FIREWORKS! yes I have the coolest mission president ever, he let us all stay out and go watch fireworks. We all wore our red white and blue. (the sisters looked snazzy of course) and we went and got some burritos haha just like the family did on the forth, they were really good. Then we headed down to the beach to watch fireworks! yes.. fireworks on the beach! like a fairytale. As we all sat there I was so grateful for this wonderful country. for the freedoms that we have, for the men and women who have given there lives. but most of all I was grateful for freedom of religion. And through our savior, our freedom from sin. I felt so free as I looked at all the missionaries faces who where with us,  just full of smiles. The gospel is the one true way to be happy!!! I Know it. When we do what is right and keep the commandments we are as free as we can be! As I stood there with the sand in my toes, ocean spray on my face and my saviors name on my heart I stared down the beach and knew this is a fourth I would never forget. We were all so happy everyone probably thought we were drunk, but we are not, we just are happy!

Friday
We taught lots of people,  we taught 5 lessons on that day but I don't have time to write them all. They were all good. During one of our lessons an old missionary came back and popped into a recent converts house. She was so happy to see him. She then pleaded with heavenly father in a prayer that he wouldn't let us sisters leave. It made me cry (transfers in a week from Wednesday) but as I watched this exchange and as we watched finding faith in Christ I thought about how life is about relationships,  and how on missions you gain these strong relationships with the people you come in contact with. and how the Savior came to the earth and built relationships with the people he ministered to and who he healed, and how they were all there as he took that long walk up to be hung on the cross. He came to built those bonds with them to help change there lives. He came here to be personable and to be here physically to help and build relationships with. I don't know if I can explain what I felt but I was grateful for the relationships I'm gaining here,  even tho I miss home. I know that I have you all forever! These guys I only get for a year and a half.

Saturday
We cleaned Joan's and helped her sort through magazines. I had a lot of will power and I didn't look through the bachelorette magazine sitting on her table. It was hard but It will be there when I get back home.

Sunday
KELLIE AND SISTER ANWANDER CAME TO CHURCH! we all cried when we saw them! it was a blessing! Sunday was a great fast Sunday. we ate with the villanuevas and read Alma 50 with them and built a fortress for their family it was fun.
I love New Jersey! I love Toms River! I love my Savior and I love you all! I pray for you and hope all is well and happy. THE GOSPEL IS TRUE!!!
Love Sister Clark
(oh today were going crabbing,,, it's like fishing but you catch crabs.. we'll see how it goes)

7.1.13: AWESOMENESS

Ok I love you family! you are all so great! So this week was crazy because it was almost a mini vacation from a mission, yet it wasn't but it's hard to explain so I guess I'll just start my letter and hope you understand.

Life is good here in ol Toms River New Jersey. It's CRAZY to think mom and dad were in DC.. super close considering I was in New York this week.....(cliff hanger)

Monday
So monday after e-mail we went on an exchange and lo and behold it was with the spanish sisters again. So sister Kimball and I headed to the spanish area With Sister Stevens. she's been on the mission for 4 weeks now and she was already having to lead the exchange. can you say stress city? haha considering I have no idea how to speak spanish and neither does she..Sister Kimball can speak Portuguese so that was a help but as we drove around trying to figure out where to go it made me appreciate my trainer so much. haha but the exchange turned out to be amazing!! the greatest thing about the spirit, is that it is the same, no matter what language you speak. so we sat in this less actives home and sister kimball  just starts speaking in portuege and they understood!!! I had a proud sibling moment watching her teach in a language that she hasn't practiced in so long. the lesson was incredible and I just got to partake of the spirit.  I'm learning some Portuguese phrases just for kicks and giggles. I'm SO HAPPY to be speaking english.. what a blessing. I get very confused. but the exchange was great. It ended with a dinner apointment with the spanish elders. One of wich looks SO MUCH LIKE CHRISTOPHER... so I just go to sit there and watch christopher teach a lesson. It was a tender mercy for me to feel like I was in a lesson with him. the spirit was so strong. It's so fun to be serving with my dear brother.

Tuesday
ok this was the day before our all mission party and we were in charge of making a cake. I guess all my years of watching cake boss paid off. We had the barnaget sisters stay overnight with us and we made this cake. it is shaped like new Jersey and we put a superman action figure on the cake and used white out for his hair and gave him a name tag.. it was president Jeppson. when he saw this he laughed so hard. we also got little army men and put tags on them like we were the army of helamen. (spoiler aleart our cake won the contest!!!) we then had our sleep over and awoke at 4 the next morning to head up to morristown for the all mission party
Wednesday
As we were driving up I was thinking about all the fun sporting activities that we would be partaking in and i was getting so excited and i just mentally made the decision to play sports even if it hurt. but the first thing that happened when we got there president comes up and shakes our hands. he grabs mine with both of his and asked how my knee was doing I told him and he made me promise him that I wouldn't play anything to hurt my knee further. I love president so much it's crazy the revelation he receives for each of us. Heavenly Father knew the intentions of my heart then told president not to let me. that was a testimony builder for me. I love president and the mission party was really fun. i watched lots of sporting events. met a lot of missionaries. we ate food had skits and then had a devotional by president garff the temple president of the manhattan temple. he talked about how the church houses for weekly worship are for the ward and building unity and sacrament. but the temple is a personal experience. he basically gave us permission to think of ourselves in the temple... which was perfect leading into TEMPLE TRIP!!!! (Mom and dad I had a mini heart attack thinking you were thinking about going to new york.. we probably would see eachother haha crazy!) but we went home to find i got a package from mom. they always come exactly when I need them. so thank you! and the c.d.'s have been very enjoyed. my companions say thank you.

Thursday.
Oh what an adventure to ride the trian in the humidity and strange strange smells. (reminded me so much of europe) we rode up with our district. on the way we met a man named rick. He loves peanut butter and he was happy to meet some nice people. He's looking for religion.. for those of you know the movie Nacho Lebro.. he is the equivalent of a jersey nacho lebro.. hahah he was a professional spanish wrestler and he just was so hilarious. He agreed to meet with us and we are excited to teach him! we rode up to the temple and had to run through manhatan to try to make our session it was stressful and crazy but the instiant we walked into the temple it was clean.. and peacefull and pure... wow I've missed it so much. We just sat in peace. We missed our session but we got to stay there all day so I did baptisms first. and it was flash backs of when cami and I went to do baptisms in the new york temple. I remember that temple experience for me, i felt the spirit stronger then any other baptisms i've ever done. I asked cami if she felt it and she agreed. it's cool to see now that it was the spirit foretelling of me being on a mission here and how it's my mission temple!!! wow incredible!! I love baptisms, we then did an endowment session and the we sat the in the celestial room for a long time. it was one of the coolest experience (besides being with my family in the temple) to be sitting in a room full of missionaries in the temple.. wow the power and love and quite revereance that was there was incredible. I received some personal revelation and it was so so so awesome. We then did sealings (as children not to eachother) i'm so blessed to be sealed to my family forever. there are so many people here who want that. Like Anthony. we met him on the train ride home. our conversation started off with us asking how he was doing he replied "If I was any happier I'd be twins" but we ended up talking to him and he just led us through a lesson basically asking us all the questions you would want a dream investigator to ask. we talked about families being sealed forever he loves his family so much. and he quit smoking the same day we met him. can you say GOLDEN!! I can... golden! he just sat there and said "I saw... no I felt you guys come in.. your just so pure.." My heart was so happy. I knew it was from us attending the temple and the reason he was willling to talk with us. wow I will keep you posted on our meetings with him. oh and he's studied religion for years and he told us that out of all the religions ours makes the most sence and seems to be the most correct... jaw dropping. We have so many crazy experiences with people coming up to us and us talking to awesome people I LOVE NEW JERSEY!! so many people to teach so little time.... It hurts my heart to think transfers are coming up.. my companions and I don't talk about it cause we love eachother so much. so many people comment on how well we get along. ugh I can't talk about it. I need to stay here just a little longer to teach these people! we love them so much. anyways temple trip was incredible and we got really really close to our district. we bonded and had a fun time!.

Friday
Weekly planning again.. woot woot haha 5 hours of talking about investigators and making plans wich actually is just stupendous. we then went and taught wanda about the atonement. you know those lessons that you prepare and as you teach you just realilze it was more for you then for them.. man I needed that lesson.. mom thank you for your testimony on the atonement I know it is real. It's just using it and being willing to use it, submitting your strength and letting him heal you. that's all it's about. it's there it's ready, we have to allow ourselves to be healed and be helped. we then drove to sister garretsons and jammed out to prince of Egypt. oh it does the heart some good. dad do you remember that trip to grover where for 4 hours all we listened to was the prince of egypt sound track? I think of that trip often. I love music. it can uplift and inspire and comfort in so many ways. We then went to sister garretsons and practiced singing a song for zone meeting. she was our choir director and she just makes me laugh.

Saturday.
taught joan, it was good, we served her and we always love her.  we then went to the library to look up some talks on mormon.org. as we are sitting there this asian man leans over and looks over the top of our computer screens and asks if we are mormon. we tell him we are. he gets so excited and wants us to come give him the lessons. he took them in college but he moved and was just so excited to see us. he made sure we had the right number by calling us and then saving it in his phone. and then he took a picutre of us.. I feel like everyone should be that excited to see missionaries hahaha... ok you have to understand toms river is a blessed area.. things like this don't just happen on missions.. it's crazy blessings. the prayers and work pay off. thank you for your prayers. I pray christopher will be able to find people and that the lord will place in his path people ready to be taught. on the way to the car we met 2 more men who came up and talked to us about coming to church. which is so good cause we need preistood in our ward. It is 70% less active. and lots of the actives are elderly women. but we love them lots,, but we need men!  We then had a lesson with a member and a less active she made us grilled cheese.. yummmm. we taught the gospel of Jesus Christ and the last scripture the spanish elder used Moroni 7: 46 and he replaced the word charity with Jesus Christ. it was such an amazing experience. Without Christ we are nothing! We are helpless without the atonement of Jesus Christ. I know it and i've seen it.  then on the way out we got attacked by mosquitos. oh ok so there was some accident or something in new jersey were these asian mosquitos got over here and they are vicious! they will bite night and day and they keep bighting. i'll give you a visual saturday night we were leaving a lesson and we had to put the elders bikes in our car and we literally had to be constantly swatting and dancing to get away from mosquitos. PURE CRAZINESS. but then as we drove home I sat and watched the fire flies and just peaceful. to step back and see the beauty and blessings when your not being distracted by the things that don't matter. instead of slow down and smell the roses. step back and see the fireflies.

Sunday-Excellent, another exchange with sister Stevens except she came english and we just love our ward.

Monday-The reason I"m writing so late cause we had an orientation about ellis island this morning to get us ready to go work!!!! SO EXCITED! we were supposed to go on the island but we couldn't today so next time we will..
all in all incredible week.
Family I love you and friends as well. STAY STRONG AND STAND STRONG IN WHAT YOU BELIEVE. don't become complacent, always strive to be better and improve. thats what happens to so many members here they get comfortable where they're at and then they stop coming.. it hurts my heart. we will get them. By remembering our savior and his atonement for each one of us. not just for our sins but for everything. happiness sadness,  discouragement. He is your best friend, he is becoming mine!
I love you all! CLEAR EYES FULL HEART CAN'T LOSE!
LOVE Sister Clark
